Bellagio Introduces Las Vegas’ Most Stunning Sunday Brunch Experience
For the first time in the AAA Five Diamond resort’s history, guests of Bellagio are invited to partake in an unrivaled brunch experience, featuring a
bevy of gourmet and traditional cuisine, while enjoying sweeping views of Bellagio’s lake and world-renowned fountains. Fountains Brunch at Jasmine now redefines Sunday brunch in Las Vegas.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a tempting Tableside Bakery Trio – a selection of miniature pastries, muffins and Danish – along with seasonal berries to tease the appetite as patrons decide which
of the many bars and stations they should visit first.
From there, guests may be drawn to the Lakeside Shellfish Bar offering seafood
indulgences such as freshly shucked Oysters on the Half Shell with a tasty mignonette sauce; Alaskan Red King Crab deliciously presented with creamy lemon
aioli; Scottish Smoked Salmon or Dill- and Vodka-cured Lox, paired with traditional garnishes and mini-bagel chips; and American Caviar served with chive crème fraîche and buckwheat mini-waffles.
The sounds of cracking eggshells and sizzling hot pans may lead patrons to an Organic Egg Station where they can choose from Build-Your-Own Omelets and
Eggs Benedict to scrambled or fried. Or perhaps the mouth-watering aroma of Peking-style Duck, Roasted Prime Tenderloin or house-made Sausage from the
delectable Carving Station will tempt taste buds first.
“Between our extensive gourmet offerings, personal tableside touches and awe
-inspiring fountain views, Jasmine is the spot for Sunday brunch in Las Vegas,” said Bellagio Vice President of Food & Beverage Ana Marie Mormando. “For anyone
who appreciates great food in a beautiful setting, this experience is unparalleled on the Las Vegas Strip.”
For those who yearn for more choices, additional dining options abound. At the
Cold Table, guests can partake in such distinctive dishes as Lemongrass Panna Cotta garnished with crystallized wasabi; Bocconcini and Cherry Tomato Spiedini
with lemon basil; and Kobe Beef Roulade prepared with enoki mushrooms and miso-butterscotch dressing. At the Hot Table, savory Mini-Lamb Meatball
Brochettes, Dungeness Crab Cakes and Crystal Prawns tantalize. Other choices such as Nigiri and Maki Sushi, Pan-fried Asian Chicken Buns and an Asian Noodle
Soup Station satisfy guests’ cravings for authentic Asian fare.
The meal’s sweet end comes in the form of decadent desserts such as Chocolate
Fondue, White and Dark Chocolate-dipped Strawberries, miniature French Pastries and an assortment of Truffles, Bon Bons and Tea Cookies.
Priced at $45 per person excluding tax, an unrivaled array of culinary delights combined with the dramatic beauty of Bellagio makes the Fountains Brunch at
Jasmine the premier Sunday brunch destination for Las Vegas visitors and locals alike. Service takes place every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations
are suggested. To secure seating, call Bellagio Restaurant Reservations at (866) 259-7111 or (702) 693-7223.

B.R. Guest Restaurants Brings Dos Caminos To Las Vegas First Dos Caminos Outside of New York
Premieres at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino
Stephen Hanson and B.R. Guest are proud to announce the highly-anticipated arrival of Dos Caminos Las Vegas, opening at The Palazzo
Resort Hotel Casino. Dos Caminos Las Vegas is the fourth outpost of the Mexican cuisine mecca and the first outside of New York City.
As with its sister locations, Dos Caminos Las Vegas offers authentic, inventive Mexican fare along with a vibrant bar scene.
Building on classic Mexican staples of guacamole, empanadas and tacos, the menu includes signature items created exclusively for Las Vegas from Corporate
Executive Chef Scott Linquist, who has overseen the brand expansion and openings of all Dos Caminos locations as well as co-authored the Dos Caminos cookbook, Mod Mex. Taste buds will be tantalized with dishes including Roasted Chicken
Enchiladas with Mole Poblano and Salsa Verde, Lamb Shank Barbacoa, Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with Frijoles Borrachos and Roasted Tomato Salsita as well
as Chilean Sea Bass Veracruzano. The menu will also feature such brunch offerings as Dos Caminos Rancheros, Chilequiles Con Huevos (Baked Tortilla Casserole
with Sunny-Side-Up Eggs), Pan Torrejas (Mexican-Style French Toast with Toasted Pecan Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries) and Mexican Benedict, available
daily. Not to be missed: the critically acclaimed, made-to-order guacamole.
Sala, the lounge at Dos Caminos Las Vegas, will add more spice to Sin City’s
nightlife, offering the latest DJ stylings, bottle service and top-notch people-watching as well as a lounge menu for late-night dining well into the wee hours.
B.R. Guest Mixologist Eben Klemm transports the cocktail menu “south of the
border” with imaginative margaritas, sangria as well as an expansive tequila menu. Sample one --or a flight-- of the hand-selected tequilas, representing the best
Mexico has to offer! Specialty cocktails include seasonal organic margaritas such as Blueberry Pomegranate and Dos Caminos’ signature Frozen Prickly Pear Margarita.
The David Rockwell-designed space divides the restaurant into different environments, each a nod to a specific aspect of Mexican life. A waterfall and hand
-hammered gates welcome guests as they enter into the intimate Sala lounge, where snakeskin leather banquettes carve up the space. An abstract nightscape of a
Mexican village frames the natural edge wood bar poised atop an iridescent gold and fuchsia tile wall. Invoking a Mexican bazaar, the main dining room walls and
ceiling are covered with panels taken from the markets of Mexico. Accentuating the dining room, the candle-lit serpentine chandelier of glowing glass gems leads
guests to an ancient stone-carved Mayan temple of fire that connects the two distinct dining spaces. The rear dining room is a celebration of eternal light with
flickering candlelight reflecting off of the copper-colored glass and casting a warm glow onto the walls.
Dos Caminos Las Vegas at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino can accommodate up to 700 people. The restaurant serves brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on
weekends and lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and dinner daily from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sala lounge welcomes guests seven days a week until 3:30 a.m.
with a late night lounge menu offered until 2 a.m. Please visit www.brguestrestaurants.com for more information.
